The news came to as a shock for the students studying in these universities who have gone quite unsure about their career and life after college. The states of Uttar Pradesh and Delhi were the top contributors in the shocking revelation made by Mrs. Smriti Irani, Union Minister, HRD, Govt. of India with a combined tally of 15 universities among them.
